TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern proposals, contracts and renovation services provided by McGrath Bathrooms & Renovations (ABN 93701404266).

Proposals & Quotes

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Quotes are based on the scope described at the time of engagement; unforeseen circumstances (e.g. concealed defects behind tiles) may require a written variation, agreed before proceeding.

Building Contracts

Renovation work is carried out under a written contract compliant with the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 (WA), including required home indemnity insurance.

Payment Terms

Progress payments are invoiced per the contract schedule. Late payments may attract interest and pause work until resolved.

Variations

Any change to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect price and timeline.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Disputes

We aim to resolve disputes by direct negotiation first. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Building and Energy Division of the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
